If you have already purchased a convention ticket, you do not need to pay to attend awards dinner. It is included!
However, we do need you to RSVP that you will attend the awards dinner so that we have correct catering numbers.
You will select the free ticket for this event.
Cocktail Reception is from 6-7pm.
Dinner and awards are from 7-9pm.
Wear your western clothes!
TWQA members that are registered for convention 2026 can bring ONE plus one. Any other folks will have to purchase an additional ticket.
Exhibitors are also welcome. 6 ft. Exhibitor table attendees are $100 per ticket. 10x10 booths get two free dinner tickets and we will reach out to you at a later date to see who will be attending.
Everyone who is planning on attending must RSVP so we have accurate catering numbers. We will give you a sticky nametag as your entrance ticket to the dinner (leave your lanyard in your room for this one...we will give you a new nametag exclusively for this event).
